Wingston A Treehouse Hotel, Goverdhan

property is good with nice rooms

They do not answer calls or emails nor restaurant was having good menu. Food was okay. Rooms are bit pricey.

This is the only place to stay in Govardhan if you can afford it. Rooms and food are the best. Its clean and has great service.

Location

Location

It was not clean, bathroom was not clean, very poor maintenance

Nothing to expensive and I dont feel comfortable for that price a d on everything 5 % taxes they charges

Washroom the water plush was not oke

Food at restaurant

Washrooms were dirty, toilet seat was broken, no water at the time of bathing, no towel or tissue paper available in room, no wifi password shared. Even their own wifi was not working. No card swipe machine was working and they were asking for cash payment. When asked for bill, they said issue with printer. Total amount was calculated wrongly which I paid and realised later. Please get my money back from them for the horrible experience.

Location and food

Wifi was not working Has to remind to clean the room

Management staff is cooperative and good.

There was no thermal temperature checking at the time of entry. Few cleaning and other staff were not wearing mask during room service or restaurant service Due to one function at hotel, Room service and restaurant services were delayed and repeat order for breakfast denied by restaurant. There is always issue of card swap machine. It is mostly in non use condition which create lots of incovienence in making payment.

Hotel was very clean and room size is also very good . Food was excellent.

Tea catel should have provided then it would have been much better. Instead of window AC, they should replace with split A.C.

Location is great. Rooms are large and airy.

Reception staff unfriendly.

Management staff is good

But house keeping and restaurants staff is not professional. There are 1or2 guys who are good in talking and responding and rest are not supportive
